Thumbnails!

Many people have been asking me to implement this feature.

Now here you have it!

At least for Youtube and for Revver. All other sites are not implemented yet because they are lacking transparency in the way they store their thumbnails. They probably need to be gathered by every single video site’s API.

So no luck for them being included here :-).
